Project Overview

Bay 2 Bay Concreting was engaged to deliver the full foundation package for the new Pakenham Secondary College expansion, working alongside Jointly to support the construction of the school’s new tech building.

This multi-stage project required careful sequencing and coordination across multiple work zones, ensuring the builder could progress smoothly throughout each phase of the expansion.

Scope of Works

Our team completed a comprehensive foundation package, including:

• Retaining wall construction

• Formwork and reinforcement

• Three large structural slabs

• Staged delivery across multiple areas

Outcome

The project commenced in July and ran through to completion in October with strong collaboration on site.
Bay 2 Bay managed all early works, access planning, and sequencing to keep the overall program moving without delay.

The completed foundations provide a reliable, long-term base for the school’s expanding facilities demonstrating our capability in delivering complex education and community infrastructure projects.
