Project Overview

Bay 2 Bay Concreting was engaged by Auzzie Homes to deliver the complete foundation package for a new eight-unit, double-storey development in Doncaster. The project involved staged delivery across multiple lots, requiring consistent sequencing and coordination from early earthworks through to final slab pours.

Scope of Works

Our team delivered the primary concrete works for the new building, including:

• Construction of the slab and structural footings

• Works completed across grid sections A–D and E–M in line with the structural layout

• Coordination with site sequencing to support ongoing construction phases

Works were delivered progressively between April and July, aligning with the builder’s program and on-site staging requirements.

Outcome

All eight slabs were completed to engineering specifications, providing a reliable and consistent foundation system for the multi-unit development. The project demonstrated our ability to manage multi-stage residential complexes efficiently, ensuring each stage was completed on time and ready for the builder to progress to framing.
