J.R. Parsons Reserve – Sunshine

Project Overview

Bay 2 Bay Concreting partnered with Constructive Group to deliver key structural concrete works for the new community pavilion at J.R. Parsons Reserve, a major upgrade within Brimbank City Council’s community facilities program. The new pavilion has been designed as an inclusive, modern hub for players, officials, supporters, and local residents, with accessible change rooms, social spaces, and a dedicated viewing area.

Scope of Works

Our team delivered the primary concrete works for the new building, including:

• Construction of the slab and structural footings

• Works completed across grid sections A–D and E–M in line with the structural layout

• Coordination with site sequencing to support ongoing construction phases

Outcome

All slab and footing works were delivered to engineering requirements, providing a stable and durable foundation for a highly anticipated community facility. With a mix of structural precision and efficient delivery, the concrete package helped set the groundwork for a pavilion designed to bring the Sunshine community together, whether playing, spectating, or gathering in shared spaces.
